“Letters from the Past – An English Family in the 19th & 20th century”, was my first creative non-fiction book, based on genealogical research into my maternal ancestors. This work serves as a model for others looking to transform their family history research into a compelling book for a wider audience.

In a previous book, “How I Survived the Great War”, I published my grandfather’s memoirs from World War I, capturing the experiences of an ordinary young man during the good and bad times of the Great War. This book has been used as a valuable source of grassroots stories by students studying the history of that war.
